The Father's house.

"You see all these, do you not? Truly I say to you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down". Matthew 24:2.  Jesus here is speaking in reference to the temple in Jerusalem that stood in his day. As we know that temple was destroyed in 70 AD  (Lohnes n.d.) As I scrolled social media this morning another big christian ministry has been called out for unhealthy practices in its culture and leadership- and this one known for its 'holiness' and devotion rather than supernatural activity. The hour is upon us where 'every stone' (my interpretation, structure not people) will be thrown down which is not embedded in the heart of the Father. 

No structure exists except the Father's heart. We the children of God are the 'structure' God chooses to build. "Do you not know know that you are God's temple and that God's spirit dwells in you?" 1 Corinthians 3:16 There is a jealously in God's heart for his children and our freedom. Jesus came so we could be reconciled with our Father in full freedom "For we are the temple of the living God as God has said,

"I will make my dwelling among them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people." 2 Corinthians 6:16

The house God is building is us where he dwells: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Christ in us the hope of Glory, Christ who is the knowledge of God's mystery, "and the knowledge of God's mystery, which is Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge." Colossians 2:2-3

We are a temple , a house in whom Christ the mystery of God dwells. We are a house of divine mystery in Him and Him in us. This is the grand design. The only church, institution, organisation, structure, denomination that will be left in the fire of God's love are the children of God united in love in him.
